• Architecture, analysis, design and process mentoring

  • These consulting services focus on assisting projects in their formative stages. Consulting services include, but are not limited to:
    • Architecture, analysis and design using UML and SysML. Includes facilitating modeling skills and best practices, reviewing models and specifications, answering questions, and suggesting alternative solutions.
    • Business process modeling with BPMN or UML Activity diagrams. Includes facilitating modeling skills and best practices, reviewing models and specifications, answering questions, and suggesting alternative solutions.
    • Process selection and customization. Includes MDD process selection and customization to meet team and project needs. MDD processes supported include Unified Process, Open Unified Process (OpenUP), and Agile Modeling methods.
    • Modeling tool selection and customization. All mainstream MDD tools are supported.
    • Modeling standards selection. MDD standards supported include language standards (UML, SysML, BPMN, BPEL), interoperablity standards (XMI, MOF), process standards (OpenUP), and framework standards (DoDAF).

Services include, but are not limited to: architecture and process diagnosis, prescription, surgery, and prognosis.
