• Standard Cancellation/Termination Policy for Training Services
  • Training services may be terminated for convenience or rescheduled by either party by giving thirty (30) days advance written notice. In the event of termination by Client with less than thirty (30) days advance written notice, PivotPoint shall receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted fee of the value of the training. In the event of the termination by Client with less than seven (7) days advance written notice, PivotPoint shall receive a cancellation fee of 75% of the contracted fee of the value of the training.
