The following standard policies apply to PivotPoint Training Services:

• Scheduling & Reserving Training Dates
  • Scheduling Training Dates: In general, the earlier you schedule your training, PivotPoint will be able to provide you with a better selection of training dates. North American training should be scheduled at least 30 days in advance; EMEA and other International training should be scheduled at least 45 days in advance.
  • Guaranteeing Reserved Training Dates: PivotPoint cannot guarantee reserved training dates without a valid PO or prepayment.
    • North American Onsite Training: PivotPoint must receive a valid PO or prepayment at least 30 days in advance of the training start date.
    • North American Instructor-Led Online Training: PivotPoint must receive full prepayment at least 30 days in advance of the training start date.
    • EMEA/International Onsite & Instructor-Led Online Training: PivotPoint must receive full prepayment at least 45 days in advance of the training start date.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Training services can be cancelled (terminated for convenience) or rescheduled by either party by giving thirty (30) days advance written notice. In the event of cancellation by Client with less than thirty (30) days advance written notice, PivotPoint shall receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted fee of the value of the training. In the event of the cancellation by Client with less than seven (7) days advance written notice, PivotPoint shall receive a cancellation fee of 75% of the contracted fee of the value of the training.
• Severe Weather/Emergency Notice
  • All PivotPoint training services are subject to cancellation or re-scheduling due to severe weather or other unforeseen emergency situations.   • PivotPoint reserves the right to change prices for its services at any time without notice.
