PivotPoint offers both tool-independent and tool-integrated training for Business Process Modeling with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and UML 2. You can select your preferred modeling language (BPMN or UML 2, or both) and optional modeling tool training with your tool of choice. If you select UML 2 as your modeling language, make sure you ask for the BPM Version to emphasize Business Process Modeling techniques and examples.

Customization: All of our workshops can be customized to meet your specific team and project training needs, and can be followed up with mentoring services that will keep your Model-Driven Engineering project on track.

Venues: All of our workshops are available onsite, at PivotPoint training facilities, or by web conferencing.

Scheduling and Cost: Onsite workshops must be reserved in advance by Purchase Order or prepayment. We generally require at least 3 weeks lead time, longer is desirable. Workshop cost depends upon workshop duration (3-5 days), venue choice (onsite, PivotPoint facility, or web conference) and number of participants (up to 12 is the default).
