In addition to onsite and public group training workshops, PivotPoint offers individual, instructor-led Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) training on a one-on-one (i.e., one instructor per student) basis. Although one-on-one instructor-led training tends to be more expensive than attending a group training workshop, it can be cost-effective when you need to accelerate your individual knowledge acquisition of MDE technology for a business-critical or time-critical project. Consequently, all of our UML 2, SysML, BPMN, and DoDAF training workshops are available on an individual (one-on-one) basis, which your instructor can adapt to meet your personal knowledge background and training goals.

Customization: All of our workshops can be customized to meet your specific team and project training needs, and can be followed up with mentoring services that will keep your Model-Driven Engineering project on track.

Venues: All of our workshops are available onsite, at PivotPoint training facilities, or by web conferencing.

Scheduling and Cost: Individual training must be reserved in advance by prepayment. We generally require at least 3 weeks lead time, longer is desirable. Workshop cost depends upon workshop duration (2-5 days) and venue choice (onsite, PivotPoint facility, or web conference).
